Returns and Warranty

Thank you for putting your trust in us for your important purchase.  We work hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that you receive your items as expected.  Some items cannot be returned, but this does not mean we will not try and help make you satisfied if there is a problem.  We assure you all goods are properly graded and represented.  If in the unlikely chance you disagree, we ask you to have the item or items laboratory graded by an independent, non-merchandise-selling certified lab.  E-mail us a copy of this certification and we will work with you on an adjustment.


Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Estate, Consignment, and Second hand items cannot be returned along with new items that has been special ordered, custom made or altered in any way.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was a gift and meets the return policy we can either issue you a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  Or we can send a refund to the gift giver and refund back to his or her credit card.

Please insure the package for the purchase price.  (USPS registered mail is cost effective and secure.)

Do Not identify the name "Diamond" in the "To" line, use "Wilsonville D. Co." please.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Wilsonville Diamond’s Warranty:

All new jewelry merchandise bought from Wilsonville Diamond carries a one year warranty against manufacture's defects under normal wear and care.

We inspect all consignment goods for proper quality and condition, however all consignment goods are sold as is, no warranty

We will always inspect, clean, and polish your jewelry for free.  It is recommended that you take advantage of this service often.

Repairs for the first year must be performed by the original manufacture for warranty issues.  We handle this service for you.

No warranty claim can be processed on any item altered or repaired by an outside (non-Wilsonville Diamond) jeweler.

We recommend bringing in your jewelry at least once every six months for a free cleaning and inspection.  This is your best protection against stone loss.  We will advise you of any needed repair or maintenance.

Wilsonville Diamond strives to give you the best product quality for your money.  We do not mark-up our products to include gem stone loss, nor do we sell you expensive warranty plans. Therefore we cannot replace the loss of a stone from any mounting at no charge.  Your best protection is to add any valuable piece to your homeowner’s policy.  This should protect you from both loss and theft.

Consignment Sales:

  • Consignment goods will be sold for a mutually agreed price.
  • We will pay 65% of the sale price back to the consigner, taking 35% as sale commission. Payment will be made 10 days after item sells.
  • Length of consignment will normally be 180 days but can be terminated by either party at any time. We are not responsible for any items left over one year unless a new agreement is written.
  • Wilsonville Diamond will insure said goods at the agreed 65% payout and pay this to the consigner for loss when our insurance pays us.
  • Seller agrees they are the legal owner of consigned or sold goods and have the right to sell these goods.
  • We inspect all consignment goods for proper quality and condition, however all consignment goods are sold as is, no warranty.
