Returns and Warranty

Thank you for putting your trust in us for your important purchase. We strive to assure you are happy with your purchase and that you receive your items as expected.


We can accept returns for 10 days from your receipt your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, like purchased, unaltered merchandise in the original packaging. Special-order and custom made or altered items are not returnable.

We also assure you all goods are properly graded and represented. In the unlikely chance you disagree, we ask you to have the item or items laboratory graded by an independent, non-merchandise-selling certified lab. If you email us a copy of this certification we will work with you on an adjustment.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be promptly applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at


If the item was a gift and meets the return policy, we can either exchange, issue you a merchandise credit, or we can refund to the purchaser's credit card.

Please insure the package for the purchase price. (USPS registered mail is cost effective and secure.)

Do not identify the name "Diamond" in the "To" line. Please use "Wilsonville D. Co.".

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Wilsonville Diamond’s Warranty

All New and Estate jewelry merchandise bought from Wilsonville Diamond carries a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects under normal wear and care.

We will always inspect, clean, and polish your jewelry for free. We recommended that you take advantage of this service often.

Repairs for the first year must be performed by the original manufacturer for warranty issues. We will handle this service for you. No warranty claim can be processed on any item altered or repaired by a jeweler other than Wilsonville Diamond. 

We recommend bringing in your jewelry at least every six months for a free cleaning and inspection. This is your best protection against stone loss. We will advise you of any needed repair or maintenance. Wilsonville Diamond strives to give you the best product quality for your money. For further protection we also recommend you add any valuable piece to your homeowner’s policy. This should protect you from both loss and theft.
